Le tunnel Noam est considéré comme une attraction touristique cachée à Gangneung, niché entre Ipam-dong et le marché Jungang. Cet ancien tunnel ferroviaire est hors service avec la construction d'une nouvelle ligne KTX avant de devenir une nouvelle attraction touristique sur la ligne ferroviaire Gangneung Bau-gil.
